1. How do I book a wig appointment?
Browse our selection online and choose your desired unit.
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a form to finalize your details. Once submitted, you’ll receive a link to book a virtual consultation with our master stylist. During this session, we’ll confirm all details before we begin working on your unit.
2. Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required for hair appointments.
For wig units, full payment is required upfront.
3. What are the hair requirements?
We only accept 100% human hair—no synthetic or blended hair.
Used hair is accepted but must be clean. Hair with glue, thread, or dirt will incur a cleaning fee.
For best results, we recommend Transparent or HD lace for frontals and closures. Hair is available for purchase on our website in Body Wave, Deep Wave, Straight, and Cambodian textures.
4. Can I order multiple units?
Yes! If purchasing multiple units, you must complete a separate form for each one.
5. How do I receive my unit?
All units are shipped via USPS.
Local pickup is available by request—please mention this during your virtual consultation.
6. Do you offer custom color services?
Yes! Custom color is available, and a consultation is required.
7. Do you offer maintenance for units?
Yes! Maintenance services are available for $85, with a 3-5 business days turnaround before shipment.
